Lebanon’s national drink, Arak is typically enjoyed with mezze dishes or as an aperitif. This delicious white spirit has been made in Lebanese villages for centuries. Massaya arak is made exclusively from Lebanon's white obeïdi grapes and green organic aniseed. The liquor is triple distilled in a traditional process using copper stills heated by fragrant fire of vinewood then aged to perfection in ancient clay amphorae before release.
