Still, it has a certain taste: Rich, full-bodied and complex, yet smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain, followed by a hint of dried fruit. Almost neutral nose with slight doughy bread, Ryvita crispbread and black pepper. Clean, black peppery spice and faint brown bread with even fainter cream of soda vanilla and liquorice.
