This remarkable Lagavulin The Ink of Legends Single Malt has had 12 years of maturation. Throughout its maturation, it was aged exclusively in Don Julio Añejo Tequila Casks. This unique choice of casks has given the whisky a very special flavor dimension, as it has absorbed the subtle but complex nuances of tequila. The distillery has chosen to leave this Limited Edition in its natural form, bottling it at natural cask strength at 56.4% by volume.

WHITLEY NEILL GIN DISTILLERS CUT 70 cl +2 glass for free
This gin represents a very classic London Dry expression, focusing on one citrus, dried orange peel. The profile is rounded with the earthy spice and bitter-sweet balance taking centre stage. Aroma: Soft and rounded. Still present juniper, now followed by bitter sweet candied orange flavour. A subtle underlying floral note lightens the nose. Palate: Strong notes of candied orange, a touch of white pepper and a solid backbone of juniper. Seemingly a little sweeter and softer than the original. A pleasant ioly texture cools the mouth. Finish: The orange persists through the finish. Juniper is still present and compliments the citrus. A little earthy and woody.
Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
An initial and distinct juniper, coriander and liquorice flavour that gives way to a bright, fresh vibrant taste of Scottish raspberries. A perfectly balanced gin with a delicate, fruity taste and a lasting citrus, raspberry flavour.

Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to our smooth gin base whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.
Johnny Neill’s gin evokes childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm by taking a firm Whitley Family favourite in rhubarb and placed a warm twist on this with the addition of fresh ginger.

WINE KSARA CHARDONNAY CUVEE DU PAPE 2020 75 CL
ABOUT
A truly versatile, flavorsome and complex wine to delight the palate, one that can be served as an aperitif or with food. Balanced, with crisp acidity, lush fruit and a rounded body, the oak-aged Chardonnay gives structure, finesse and elegance, while the Sauvignon delivers freshness, and the Semillon provides the generous and rich mouth-feel. Serve slightly chilled.

Made with grapes that hark back to the Château Ksara’s origins and fermented in the concrete tanks built by the Jesuits, this medium-bodied, unoaked wine, which can be served slightly chilled, is filled with an exotic fruity aroma along with spicy and licorice notes and spice of the Bekaa Valley.
