Tasting notes: light straw yellow in color with greenish highlights.

The texture is fine, compact and persistent. It has a well typed and delicate fruity bouquet, with hints of apple and banana. Pleasantly lively at the palate with the right balance between sweetness and acidity. 

We recommend serving this sparkling wine at a temperature of 5-7° . Uncork just before serving.

Writers Tears Double Oak marries both single malt and single pot still whiskeys after a triple distillation, and is aged in both American oak from Kentucky and French oak Cognac casks from the French Allary Cooperage - the delicious result of a collaboration between the Walsh family and the Legaret family in Cognac, France. 

Jameson is produced at Midleton Distillery and is a classic Irish blended whiskey. The blend consists of the highest quality Pot Still and single grain whiskey. It then undergoes a triple distillation, thanks to which it has gained fineness. In the end, it matures for at least 4 years in oak barrels.

Thanks to its sweet taste, Jameson has gained great popularity in the world.
