Consumed in modest quantities, the Liquore del Cansiglio is an excellent after meal and can be consumed both at room temperature and colder, especially in the warmer months.
Tasting notes: light straw yellow in color with greenish highlights.
The texture is fine, compact and persistent. It has a well typed and delicate fruity bouquet, with hints of apple and banana. Pleasantly lively at the palate with the right balance between sweetness and acidity.
We recommend serving this sparkling wine at a temperature of 5-7° . Uncork just before serving.
