AROMA: clean, bright notes of citrus, light aniseed and spiced
TASTE: a fresh, silky mouthfeel, soft spearmint sweetness with notes of green apple and cracked pepper
Initially sweet but is quickly followed with a peppery spice. Silky and delicate, leaving a sachet of spices on the palate.
Tasting notes: light straw yellow in color with greenish highlights.
The texture is fine, compact and persistent. It has a well typed and delicate fruity bouquet, with hints of apple and banana. Pleasantly lively at the palate with the right balance between sweetness and acidity.
We recommend serving this sparkling wine at a temperature of 5-7° . Uncork just before serving.
