tasting notes : Amber in colour. The bouquet opens with a distinct oakiness, chocolate, tobacco, and coffee notes. The palate has caramel, oak, vanilla, and fruity roasted agave notes. Finishes smooth and long with lingering vanilla and oak.

Jose Cuervo Especial Silver tequila is a 100% pure Silver tequila that has not been matured. Especial Silver is a high-quality white tequila that retains its very soft taste without losing the abruptness that is characteristic of tequila.

Initially sweet but is quickly followed with a peppery spice. Silky and delicate, leaving a sachet of spices on the palate.

KAH Tequila Extra Añejo is made from 100% Blue Agave and is aged in American Oak casks for at least 36 months, bottled at 40% ABV

Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is made from hand selected 100% Blue Weber Agave. The fruit that we select comes from the Los Altos de Jalisco and the tequila from personally selected fields. Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is crafted according to traditional smoked tequila technology in our artisanal underground oven.

The water used for distilling is filtered through Mexican silver, which gives the liquid greater complexity,  softness and overall a more gentle taste on the palate.
