This pretty little drink is a classic Beefeater London Dry Gin infused with strawberry flavour post distillation. Desmond Payne (Beefeater master distiller) tested out different techniques before settling on this well-received recipe.

• For the palate, rich wood spice and sweet corn, balanced with sweet malt, vanilla an citrus spice which gives long and lingering notes of sweet vanilla and toffee on the finish.

A truly versatile, flavorsome and complex wine to delight the palate, one that can be served as an aperitif or with food. Balanced, with crisp acidity, lush fruit and a rounded body, the oak-aged Chardonnay gives structure, finesse and elegance, while the Sauvignon delivers freshness, and the Semillon provides the generous and rich mouth-feel. Serve slightly chilled.

This remarkable Lagavulin The Ink of Legends Single Malt has had 12 years of maturation. Throughout its maturation, it was aged exclusively in Don Julio Añejo Tequila Casks. This unique choice of casks has given the whisky a very special flavor dimension, as it has absorbed the subtle but complex nuances of tequila. The distillery has chosen to leave this Limited Edition in its natural form, bottling it at natural cask strength at 56.4% by volume.

Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is crafted according to traditional smoked tequila technology in our artisanal underground oven.

The water used for distilling is filtered through Mexican silver, which gives the liquid greater complexity,  softness and overall a more gentle taste on the palate.
