The bottle is inspired by the Nicaraguan “Day of the Dead” traditions.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Sweet caramels and vanillas abound. Hints of well-roasted agave.
Palate: Fragrant tobacco, milk chocolate, toffee and a rich, creamy mouth feel, long and clean on the finish.

Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is made from hand selected 100% Blue Weber Agave. The fruit that we select comes from the Los Altos de Jalisco and the tequila from personally selected fields. Rooster Rojo Ahumado Tequila is crafted according to traditional smoked tequila technology in our artisanal underground oven.

The water used for distilling is filtered through Mexican silver, which gives the liquid greater complexity,  softness and overall a more gentle taste on the palate.
